In close collaboration with colleagues from the Strategy and Business Development team, as well as from other functions you will work to secure the future business strategies and operations, along with long-term development in the areas of the Polestar business.

You will be a part of an ambitious and driven team, that strives for excellence in working with commercial projects as well as market expansion.

This position is mainly located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.



What you’ll do

The main responsibilities in this role will be to manage and coordinate the execution of different strategic initiatives and to formulate, organize, drive and monitor inter-dependent projects. This role is both strategical and hands-on. You’ll be focusing on strategic and commercial business development related to new mobility solutions, new business models, operating models, and customer offerings.

For example, you will:

- Assess Business Development opportunities securing Polestar’s wanted position
- Develop and manage new strategic and commercial projects
- Identify and execute new opportunities in new business models and expansion of the existing offers and solutions




Who you are

To be a great fit for this role we believe you have a ‘can do’ attitude with a hands-on approach. We believe you are solution-oriented and have solid analytical and organizational skills including both attention to detail and multi-tasking. You’re a team player with excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, hungry for taking on new tasks and support your colleagues when needed.

To be successful in this role we believe you have:

- Around 3-5 years of relevant experience, working as a Management Consultant, Business Development Manager or Program/Project Manager
- A BSc/BA diploma in business or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Proven experience in the areas of business and digital transformation
- Work experience in communicating to diverse stakeholder groups leveraging effective approaches for communicating information
- Recent experience from the Automotive industry and/or the current shift to electrification, servitization and/or digitalization of the value chain is a plus
