The Strategy & Innovation team is responsible for strategy and innovation covering all parts of Customer Solutions. The purpose is to ensure that E.ON works with strategy and innovation in a way that supports our goals and the future company value. This by ensuring state-of-the-art processes, working on specific projects and creating collaborations with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

About the position
As our Strategy Business Partner for the E.ON Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) business, you will work with ensuring short- and long term strategy for EIS in the Nordics as well as working with defined strategic projects, including M&A. You will be a part of the Business Management Teams and drive strategic topics and initiatives. In your daily work you will also:

* Ensure a yearly strategy process in the businesses with continues improvements
* Collaborate closely with EIS Technology Office, EIS Sustainable City Development and other relevant internal departments
* Support Business Area Director and the business managers with strategic perspectives and material/communication
* Lead strategic deep dives / specific projects aiming at improving and developing the existing EIS business
* Establish relationships with external stakeholders and potential partners


The role as Strategy BP is a great opportunity to work with business-critical topics and development as a key resource within sustainable energy businesses such as district heating/cooling, eMobility, PV etc, all fundamental for the development of our society long-term.
The position is located in Malmö.

We are looking for
To thrive and succeed in the role we believe you have a relevant educational background in economics or as an engineer. You have a strategic mindset with the ability to turn visions into actions and previous experience working in a similar position with strategy and/or business development. If you have experience from the energy industry it is positive. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.

As a person, we believe that you are curious and positive to new challenges, innovations and to move at a fast pace. Since you will have several internal and external collaborations, you are a team player who is good at communicating. Explaining something complex in an easy-to-understand way comes naturally to you.
