Polestars Global Car Service & Repair Experience department is now looking for an experienced customer-oriented professional, a hybrid of a project leader and business developer with a future-thinking mindset, to drive Strategy & Concept Development.



Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Strategic & Concept Development team works to ensure Polestars unique and engaging service and repair experience. In this role, you will be a part of a strong team with the purpose of creating and delivering new concepts and transformation projects related to customer experience across the entire service and repair journey, all with a strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach.

In this role, you’ll report to our Strategy & Concept Development Manager within the Global Car Service & Repair Experience function. This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.



What you´ll do

Your main scope will be to develop and define new concepts for service & repair processes and products in a Direct-to-Consumer business model.

As a Strategy & Concept Development Lead you will be an initiator and project leader with focus on concept development, and continuous improvement. This include working both strategically and hands on to identify, assess, and execute new service & repair opportunities securing Polestar’s wanted position. By analyzing customer data and insights, you will be accountable for building innovative customer journeys that underpin exceptional customer experience across the entire service and repair journey.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

- Experience working with a B2C business model, preferably in the aftermarket
- A post-secondary degree in relevant field such as Business, International economy, or similar
- Work life experience and skills within Strategy and business development, Project management and/or Customer Experience
