Strategy lead within human rights to AB Lindex

Do you have work experience within human rights and social sustainability, have a great strategic mind set and want to further develop, at a company where you take the lead within the area and where you can be part of making a change? We are looking for a Strategy lead within human righs!

Your role in our team.   As Strategy lead within human rights, you set, drive and govern Lindex human rights strategy and you are the one who secure progress, that is aligned with our sustainability promise and also with EU frameworks and regulations. You make sure that we have the right policies and tools integrated in the organisation and you are in charge of reporting. You are also the one who is responsible of governing Lindex Human rights Due Diligence process, as you drive an own creation of processes and support the organisation in implementation.

At Lindex, we like to work together! And this role is no exception, as you work in close collaboration with relevant teams/roles globally within Lindex. You also work in tight collaboration with relevant stake holders outside of Lindex. You are Lindex representative in external networks and in stakeholder dialogues within your area and you are the one making sure that we work with the right partners, to reach our goals.

To summarise; you are the go-to person when it comes to human rights.

Also, this probably sounds like you:   

University degree within development studies, social science or equivalent work experience
Work experience within human rights and social sustainability
 Experience (work or other) from value chains
Experience from Human Rights Due Diligence
English, both spoken and written 
Meritorious: Swedish, experience from textile supply chain, knowledge within gender equality
