Our Exciting Opportunity
The transformation to 5G requires communications service providers (CSPs) to rethink their solutions like never before. For organizations to stay relevant and thrive in this new era of massive opportunity, we as service delivery strategy and transformation set the strategy and drive the change to enable zero touch software deployments in a complex environment. We are the cornerstone of enabling the business to be building the solutions that enable new services associated with 5G.
We are now looking for a Strategy Manager to drive key strategic topics in services relating to our transformation and unit strategies, capital and resource allocation, new business development & innovation, and competitive intelligence and foresight in conjunction with external customers and partners.
This role reports to Head of Service Delivery Strategy and Transformation.
You will
Manage and deliver on key strategic topics within service delivery
Perform strategic analysis, drive transformational and change management
Manage strategic partnerships and alliances
Drive the definition and focus areas for new business development and innovation
To be successful in the role you have
High energy and thrive on bringing simplicity to solving complex problems
Proven ability to build and establish relationships with senior management
Experience in leading strategy development, working with multiple partners and functions
Ability to work independently producing outstanding results and material with limited supervision
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good social skills, ability to simplify complex issues and build storylines
3-5+ years’ experience of strategy development roles, management consulting background is a plus
Ideally, MBA or equivalent
Additional requirements
Knowledge of SW business and professional services
Knowledge of digital service portfolio, domain experience from BDGS solutions or system integration projects
Deep knowledge of the Telecom industry and ICT in general, including coming technologies such as 5G, and Cloud Native
