For our Strategy and Market Intelligence (MI) teams – responsible for the annual strategy development process as well as maintaining quality management information – we’re now looking for a Strategy Manager to join us in an exciting environment with highly varying tasks and stakeholders all over the world.
Your mission
As Strategy Manager, you coordinate the divisions’ and sales areas’ annual strategic planning cycles and bring structure, insights, improvements and functional expertise to this process. You drive ad-hoc strategy projects together with stakeholders from across the business, and proactively engage with the business to identify opportunities or gaps where improved strategic clarity would create value. In addition, you’re responsible for regular MI reporting to enable the organization to take effective decisions.
This position is based in Stockholm and some travel will be required.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a background in a similar role within finance, the consulting industry – or most beneficially – the manufacturing industry, and through this you’ve built yourself a good Strategy and analytics toolbox. You hold a relevant university degree, such as Business, Economics or Finance, while a master’s degree is beneficial. You have an in-depth knowledge in all aspects of financial analysis and experience in working with cross-functional global teams. As we operate in a global setting, you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Skills in Swedish or Spanish are also useful.
We're truly fascinated by your personality; you're a self-motivated team player who likes to balance independent work and personal drive with managing large groups of stakeholders of different backgrounds and opinions. You have top-notch stakeholder management and communication skills, and combined with an ambitious mindset, you’re able to shape storylines and messaging for executive and board level audiences. Furthermore, you have strong self-awareness leading you to always develop and seek feedback.
