Airmee is a well-capitalized start-up that is looking for an extremely driven and ambitious Strategy & Operations Trainee.

We are one Europe’s fastest growing startups focusing on fast, sustainable and convenient deliveries for e-commerce. Role overview

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Julian Lee (https://www.linkedin.com/in/julianlee7/), CEO and founder of Airmee, and the rest of the management team in one of Europe’s fastest growing logistics startups.

As our Strategy & Operations Trainee, you will get to be part of all areas of the company working with business development, strategic questions, board material preparation, marketing, sustainability, financial analysis and other parts of the business. You get to see first hand how a technology start-up is run and lay the foundation for taking a larger role in the company after the first 12 months.

As a person you're highly strategic, analytic, creative and driven with a demonstrated track record of working in high paced environments and eagerness to take on challenges. You'll be on the front lines of taking Airmee to new heights.

So, what will you do?

- Support the CEO and other management team members with day-to-day responsibilities and tasks, ranging from but not limited to strategic and financial analysis, working on growth initiatives such as product and market launches, developing ways to accelerate Airmee’s brand and position
- Develop clear plans that includes timeframe, project stakeholders and resources on how to execute as fast as possible
- Execute multiple time-sensitive, large- and small-scale projects to meet business objectives in defined project timeframes
- Take on different roles in the projects in addition to being the project manager in case resources are lacking
- Work with management and other managers to coordinate strategies, set budget and solve any issues


What're we looking for?

- You are likely a recent graduate or with a couple of years of working experience
- You have a high drive and get motivated by taking on new challenges
- You like data-driven reasoning and have a logical mindset
- Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize among many tasks, always with a team player attitude
- Get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
- Convincing and strong communicative skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- B.Sc or M.Sc. in Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative focus area.
