Strategy & Partnership manager – solution Management

About the job
You will be part of a team responsible for the high level business strategy and partnership roadmap of autonomy. We secure that we are partnering with the most suited front players across the eco-system, to ultimately deliver the best product for our customers’ needs. This is done in a very close cooperation with our business key stakeholders as well as the R&D organization.
Equipped with your business acumen and extensive industry knowledge, you are right on the frontline of interacting with our partners as well as driving a new mindset within the company. You will lead end-to-end execution of strategic partnerships, including identifying strategic partnership and collaboration opportunities, building relationships and scoping opportunities with partners, and leading cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex partnership agreements. Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with the organization’s long term plan and strategy, including high level business case development and some financial modeling to ensure commercial terms meet our business requirements. You will be required to work on your own but also in cross functional teams to help setting the course for our strategy and strategic partnerships for the autonomous solution at Scania.
Your Profile
You enjoy facilitation, collaborations and establishing relationships. You are a team player that have an excellent business background with a good understanding of technology. You are a doer with a devotion for strategy with a strong analytic sense, appreciating solving complex business and technology challenges. An interest in the customer and finding solutions for their challenges is essential. You also thrive in the landscape of negotiate with partners, both customers and suppliers.
Preferred qualifications
• Relevant experience in business development and strategy planning roles with a strong analytical foundation and numerical skills
• Experience from project management, including senior management, internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in negotiations with suppliers and/or customers preferrable within the field of autonomous eco-systems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineer, Legal, Finance, Communications, etc) to deliver complex projects, including the ability to influence across the organization
• Experience in partner-facing roles in a multicultural environment is a plus
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and identify opportunities to create value in line with strategic objectives
• Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we succeed
• Experience from product management either as employee or business consultant is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to summarize complex information and experience influencing senior leadership
