Job Description
As a Strategy & Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's growth and success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within our Northern Europe organization, you will shape strategies, drive transformation, and continuously improve our day-to-day business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and strategic project management to propel our organization into the future.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the organization's strategic plans, setting clear objectives and goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, effective execution, and successful implementation across multiple functions.
• Monitor performance against strategic goals, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights, assess risks, and make data-driven recommendations for business growth and improvement.
• Exchange regularly with top management on strategic initiatives and performance, acting as a sought-after advisor and sparring partner.
Requirements
• Experience: Extensive experience in strategy development, business improvement, and project management. Proven track record driving organizational growth, implementing initiatives, and evaluating performance.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, leverage data, develop solutions and translate them into action for business improvement.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and hierarchy levels.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in home appliances or related fields, demonstrating understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends.
• Education: Academic background in business administration, strategy, or related field.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in a Nordic language highly desirable.
