Voi Technology is looking for a data-driven and strategic thinker to join as a Strategy & Planning Manager for our Market Operations team. The Strategy & Planning Manager is responsible for collecting business intelligence, shaping business strategy and driving strategic accountability and corporate development in close collaboration with the VP Market Operations and senior management. As a part of the team you help to push the thinking beyond the “here and now” and provide insights, structure and a strategic framework across different fields.
The Role
As the Strategy & Planning Manager (Markets) at Voi you will report directly to the VP Market Operations and work cross-functionally with supporting the overall business unit and General Managers in their specific markets. Your main responsibility is to set direction, follow up and analyse performance to develop initiatives that drives change. This will include:
Shaping Our Business Strategy: Work in close collaboration with the VP Market Operations and C-level leaders to develop the strategy for organizational development, define global priorities, adapt priorities to regional requirements and plan execution on different markets.
Analyse Business Performance: Through analysis of financial- and operational data you will evaluate city and regional performance, collect insights and develop initiatives to lift performance.
Project Management: Support General Managers in launch- and expansion initiatives, coordinate cross-markets collaborations and manage programs focusing on our local champions.
Special Project Analytics: Support the VP Market Operations, General Managers and other stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and strategic problem solving on a wide range of topics.
Continuous improvements: Through analysis and collaborations across all markets you will continuously collect insights and ideas on how we can continue to enhance defensible and competitive advantages in the long term.

The person we’re looking for:
Apart from being a curious, structured and outgoing person, we are looking for a self-sufficient and goal-oriented generalist. Working at Voi you can’t be afraid of a challenge and you need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly. In addition to fluency in english we believe the right person has:
A University degree within a business, finance, engineering or other similar discipline
3+ years experience from a top-tier management consulting firm
Experience from complex data-analysis in logistics or fleet optimization
Experience in leading complex cross-functional projects and change management independently with a high degree of success and impact
Strong skills in Excel and presentations

Bonus points if you have:
Experience from high-growth operations or start-ups
Experience from projects focusing on non-swedish governmental settings
Knowledge in Tableau and SQL
