Stream Implementation Leader (Focus Area: Underline), Ingka Centres, Malmö

In this assignment your main focus will be to lead Underline scaling – setting actions supporting growth and new market introduction. You will work closely with Concept team to further develop the Underline concept to support the Livat brand positioning.

We believe that you have higher education and/or extended work experience in sales and successful track record in commercial aspects of shopping centres, retail, hospitality, service industry or digital platforms development. We also believe that you have experience in leading people.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this assignment your main focus will be to lead Underline scaling – setting actions supporting growth and new market introduction. You will work closely with Concept team to further develop the Underline concept to support the Livat brand positioning.
Some examples of your assignment will be:
• Recruit, organize lead and develop strong fit for purpose teams to deliver implementation of scalable new income stream opportunities
• Develop new income stream implementation plan in close collaboration with MP Manager, Deputy Operations Manager and fit for purpose team
• Overall responsible for assigned new income stream implementation opportunities in MPs
• Identify and share best-practices on technical aspects as well as feedback from Sales organisation
• Prepare new income streams implementation risk assessment of the new income streams implementation in MP as well as risk assessment for future scaling across MPs
• Develop expertise in MPs in terms of ability to analyse, evaluate and forecast a life-cycle of the new or existing income streams
• Support Accelerator Hub and Commercial & Digital Domain in evaluating and creating pilots of new income streams ongoing in the MPs
• Develop and promotes innovative approaches to new income stream among MPs and Operations Domain
You will report to Commercial Business Development manager, Jens Nielsen and the place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.
