The team consist of driven and engaged individuals taking responsibility of introducing the products of tomorrows e-Mobility platform. Within the team we have a mix of junior and senior experience taking on positions as project managers and product specialists. Do you want to work with the future powertrain within heavy transport?
You will be part of our product development projects from the early phase of concept design until implementation within our production. You will be the voice of production, responsible to cross-functionally drive and coordinate any challenges that require attention for us to secure a successful introduction in our production flows. You will be working in close collaboration with Research & Development, Purchasing and the different production units within TRATON.
Your assignment will among other things consist of:
• Plan and lead the production units activities to reach our project targets.
• Conduct forecasts and follow-up on budget for resources, time plan and economy within the project.
• Develop our methods and be active in the continuous improvement work.
As Project Manager you will also support on questions concerning our product introductions towards the Steering Group of the Production Unit in Södertälje. You will develop material for decision making with input on your recommendations for decisions that have to be taken in your project. Our work has high impact on target fulfilment in short- and long-term for both the Production Unit and Scania as a whole.

You are good at planning and structuring your work which enables you to handle several projects and tasks in parallel. You have good communication- and collaboration skills that complement your engagement in leadership and team work. Problem solving comes natural to you and when things do not go as planned you tend to see opportunities rather than obstacles. Working in both a local and international environment you express yourself well in writing and speech in both Swedish and English.
You have a university degree within Engineering and/or working experience within a relevant area. Skills and experience within project management methods and tools is meriting.
