Our customer wants to "Create a future worth living in. For patients. All over the world. Every day". They have experience in dialysis and innovative research and are the global leader in dialysis services and products. Because they have a socially important function, they are looking for you who are loyal and committed to your duties. In exchange, you get a broad knowledge base since you will support various issues in the whole organisation.
You will work in Sollentuna where our client has their office. You will support about 20 employees at the office. It is extremely important that their equipment works properly so that they can go through with their socially important mission, which is to sell medical equipment to hospitals.
The assignment initially runs until June, but there are good chances that the assignment will be extended. You are expected to be on site 2 days a week. Which days that will be, will be decided in consultation with you.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In your role as an IT technician, you will independently handle IT related issues. You will mainly work with the users and help them solve various problems. You will be the expert and the person that everyone in the organization turns to when problems occurs. Your task will be to gather information and be able to communicate with users to identify the problem. You may not always know everything so there are manuals and instructions, but it is important that you have an ability to quickly absorb information. Furthermore, it will be your task to test the implemented measure before the case is seen as resolved.
You will:
* Install, deploy and set up computers and workstations
* Install software and repair hardware. This may involve contacting your data provider for additional support
* Help with office-related problems as well as providing access
* Support networks
* You will enter as a new chapter and clean up backlog
* Make sure it is organized in the computer room, which may involve packing equipment
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- A student who study something in the field of IT/technique
- Have experience of IT- or technical support where you should have worked with user support
- Knowledge / experience of firewalls and VPN solutions
- Some experience with Servicenow or other ticketing system
- A genuin interest in technology and computers
It is an advantage if you have experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the importance of technical documentation. Knowledge of Swedish is only considered a merit.
In addition to the requirements above, your personal qualities are most important. It is important that you are a doer! You should feel a big responsibility in that every case will be completed and that the users always get the help they need. You must have the ability to see what needs to be done and when it needs to be done, and be the first to make a move to resolve it. You must be committed and driven.
