Student Assistant

We are looking for a positive person, who enjoys building relationships with young people, to join our team at IESU. The position is 80-100% and involves supervising year 4&5 students on breaks and working with students, either one-on-one or in small groups or together with the teacher in lessons. In the afternoons you are part of our after school care programme for students for years 4-6. The role may also include mentorship together with a teacher for a year 4 or 5 class.

The ability to communicate with parents, as well as other staff and students in a professional manner is required. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, and be part of a motivated team of staff who have student health and wellbeing as a priority. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a benefit but not a prerequisite. Applicants should have experience working with children and/or young people.
