IES Växjö is one of the newest schools in the IES family and we're currently adding to our team.
We are looking for a diverse and flexible candidate that can perform the role of a student assistant- As a student assistant, you will work all of your time specifically with a younger student. It is important to be one step ahead and make it possible for the student to succeed. The duties include participating in teaching and learning in the class, supporting the student at fritids and a special focus will be on the student's social development. Together with other teachers and resource persons at the school, you create a good accessible learning and social environment for the students and contribute to good cooperation within the work team and the school as a whole. Qualifications - Has good competence and approach when it comes to students in need of special support - Is confident in his leadership - Is positive, solution-focused and captures the opportunities - Has good knowledge of digitization and its possibilities - Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and it is advantageous if you have experience of pedagogical work with targeted support for students who challenge and need special support. The work makes great demands on structure and flexibility.
