Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) is a leading independent school group ("friskola") with academic results far above average and a diverse and energetic staff. We at IES Liljeholmen are now looking for an educational resource to strengthen our student health team!
The school has approximately 930 students in grades 4 - 9. The school is located at Telefonplan with good communication routes, both by bus and subway.
The position includes meeting the students during their school day and being a confident adult who is present in social contexts. The main task involves supporting students in socially challenging situations and actively working with the implementation of the school's norms and rules. This is with the aim of creating a good and well-functioning school environment.
This requires that you are a stable adult who has the ability to act empathically, by setting boundaries and at the same time conveying consideration and compassion. We would like to see that you have a background where you have had similar assignments and/or that you are educated to work with people. However, we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability.
We are looking for you who find it easy to create good relationships with young people and who think it is important that all students succeed and enjoy school. It is a bonus if you know and has the ability to use a low-affective approach.
