IES Hässelby is looking for an experienced educator to join the management team as a Student Development and Behaviour Coordinator. We are looking for a highly committed and student-focused individual with a track record of delivering support to children/young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. 

Role Description 

The Student Development and Behaviour Coordinator helps deliver appropriate support and interventions for students in grades 4-9 to help them reach their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities

You are a visible role model with a strong presence in the daily life of the school. You are able to develop a range of approaches to assist in engaging with students from various backgrounds. You are able to develop positive relationships with children . You are able to work positively with families and to engage their support in improving behaviour. You are flexible and adaptable to change, and can handle pressure on a daily basis.  You have a strong passion for children and education and for helping them find their place in the world. You are able to work on own initiative, make good judgments and lead as required.
