We are now looking for a Student to support our Sustainability Research team in Responsible Investment.
Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the center of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices.
About this opportunity
Responsible Investment is a team of 25 professionals with strong passion for Sustainability, ESG, Climate and data. The team is based across three offices Copenhagen, Stockholm and Singapore. You'll join the Sustainability Research team in Responsible Investment, which is the core of ESG analysis and research. We are a leading ESG team, which has won several prices over the past 10 years for our ESG research approach. Our ambition is to be the best Responsible Investment team globally, by delivering high quality research, analysis and products to our stakeholders and clients.
As the Student you will, among other tasks, support the ESG analyst and the Portfolio Managers with ESG analysis, screen portfolio holdings on a number of sustainability metrics and criteria, etc.
Your main tasks will include:
* Sustainability research and analysis
* Company ESG analysis
* ESG Data screening and structuring
* Reporting activities related to SFDR
* Supporting in other ad-hoc tasks
This is a student position with 15-20 hours/week based in Stockholm.

Your profile and background:
* Master-level student with 1-2 years left until graduation
* Experience in PowerPoint and Excel required
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and capable of building, and maintaining strong relationships
* Good communication skills, both on a high level and a detailed level, and ability to bring this forward and present new ideas to stakeholders and customers
* Analytical mindset, with a passion for both the detailed and high-level perspective
* Passionate team player, who thrives in a diverse team
* Ability to drive process improvements, taking the whole value chain perspective
* Fluent in written and spoken English
