The global project management team manages the product portfolio from initial idea to finished product. We have the central role of managing product development projects by bringing the experts of different departments together and leading the teams in line with the overall strategy.
We are looking for a talented student during the summer period to support the project management team in exciting and important projects such as global label strategies and the internationalization of products. In this internship role you can demonstrate your interdisciplinary skillset and thereby, develop your talents and skills. You get the chance to build up a sustainable and international network and orientate towards your future career after graduation.
Main tasks
Support the global project portfolio management team within development, strategy and internationalization projects
Organizational preparation, execution and follow-up of workshops
Creation of project-relevant information and informative presentations
Support in the continuous development of internal Project Management tools and templates
Support the build-up of departmental financial project steering
About you
Advanced full-time course of study in medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering, economics or similar
Good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very good English skills spoken and written, Swedish and/or German are of advantage
Independent, structured and team-oriented working method
Being self-driven and high engagement and flexibility
Strong social and communication skills as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
Willingness to collaborate with multicultural and interdisciplinary contact persons
Creativity and high interest in project management
First experiences in any kind of working environment is highly appreciated
About the role
The position is a temporary student internship – ideally starting in June or autumn 2020. The office is based in Uppsala Business Park and therefore, potential candidates must be located in Uppsala, Sweden. This internship will be compliant with internship courses at the university (credits).
