We are looking for a talented person to join our Loan Agency Team in Stockholm (1 position), working as a Credit and Agency Officer supporting our Agency Managers. Welcome to the Loan Agency Team. This is an opportunity for a motivated talent to gain real professional experience. An Agency Manager represents Lenders in a syndicate towards the Borrower. We add value by efficient collaboration with our colleagues in Large Corporates and Institutions to meet our world leading customers’ demands for first-class products and to ensure efficient execution in this fast paced and multi-jurisdictional sector.
As the Agent, you will play a valuable role in the team ensuring high quality service to customers, international institutions and stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
* Working in an international environment together with Large Corporates & Institutions, Legal, and the Customer Responsible Unit
* Acting as Agent for a portfolio of syndicated loans with day to day communication with the customers and the Lenders 
* Reviewing and advising on documentation and coordinating closings
* Supporting the team in various tasks in the role as agent
* Working in a team gaining a holistic knowledge of the life cycle of a syndicated loan

You will join an international team of 10 experienced professionals. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
* Ready to take the next step in your career and are motivated to learn
* Excellent skills in written and spoken English, as well as in one of the Nordic languages 
* Have at least two (2) years left of your studies in Law or Business administration
* Live in the Stockholm metropolitan area
* Are available from May 2023 (working part time) with full time during summer June-August

It is meriting if you are proficient in MS office, Excel and Powerpoint.
