Student Relation Specialist - temporary position

We are now looking for a Student Relation Specialist that want to join our fantastic People Attraction and Development team in a one-year temporary position with start in January 2022.

WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
The Student Relation Specialist is a member of the People Attraction and Development team and operates in between the areas Employer Branding and Recruitment and focus on students and newly graduates in the market. The team consists of three functions, employer branding, recruitment and learning & development and in this position you will work closely with driven, friendly and ambitious colleagues and managers from the whole organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE AS A STUDENT RELATION SPECIALIST
You will be overall responsible for driving and maintaining Axis' student relation work. This means that you will set the strategy for the area and continuously work with improving our relationship and employer brand within the student community. You will also work in close cooperation with our hiring managers, support our master thesis supervisors and coordinators and deciding on and participating in relevant student events.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering content such as event, campaigns, films, storytelling, web, social media and much more to feed the student community with interesting information about Axis. You will also participate in a numerous of exciting cross-functional projects within HR where you will be able to use our expertise but also have the chance to learn from other functions such as Learning & Development, Employer branding and Recruitment.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR THAT YOU HAVE:

* University studies in Human Resources or Marketing
* Experience from working with employer branding or recruitment, preferable from a technology-intensive industry
* Understanding about Employer Branding and its impact on the business
* Understanding of the recruitment process
* Working knowledge of driving projects with internal/external stakeholders in cross-functional teams
