Student Relationship Manager

As a result, we are experiencing an influx of student inquiries and need to expand our Student Recruitment team with talent to help us manage and grow student outreach.

As a Relationship manager, you build relationships with potential students from around the world who are interested in learning about our programs. Together with a small agile team, you build relationships with, and support prospective students in their application- and decision process.

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Drive sales and recruitment by outreach and communication via phone and email.
- Nurture relationships to inspire, inform and convert leads into customers.
- Take on ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to Hyper Island’s success.
- Constantly seeking and acquiring new sales opportunities.
- Proactively manage our CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure quality and reporting.
- Work effectively in teams but also maximize the individual potential to optimize quality and efficiency of the sales process.




Experience and competence

- 1+ years previous work experience within sales or customer service.
- Experience of taking customers through a complete sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional languages are a plus.
- A natural affinity for communication in person, over the phone or in writing.
- A passion for sales and interaction with customers.
- Experience in helping clients assess their needs and guiding them to the right solution.
- The ability to think big but also to execute well.
- Experience from working with CRM systems, Hubspot is a plus but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar Higher Education.

Terms

You will report to the Director of Student Recruitment.

Start as soon as possible.

Location: Stockholm
