Student Sales Consultants to join Trifilon

Are you a talkative person who is passionate about sustainability? Trifilon is now seeking two sales consultants to join their sustainability mission. You will have the opportunity to help manufacturers develop sustainable production processes and reduce their carbon dioxide emissions.
About Trifilon
Trifilon was created from research on hemp fiber to make a strong and lightweight material for vehicles. This material was more environmentally friendly without sacrificing performance. Today, Trifilon produces a bio-based material that can be used in existing production processes and strives to develop new sustainable production technologies to reduce carbon footprint and emissions. They help manufacturers take a first sustainable step in including an organic, renewable raw material in their production cycle. This is a greener alternative that does not affect the quality of the products. Trifilon’s brand and vision is to help manufacturers communicate that they are committed to developing sustainable production processes.
Responsibilities
As a sales consultant at Trifilon, you will seek out customers in Europe to offer processes for lowering their CO2 emissions. You will engage in dialogue with the customer and have the opportunity to pitch Trifilon’s bio-based material and identify which manufacturers control their emissions. In summary you will:
Have a structured work approach
Conduct research on products
Map the market of potential customers
Work in CRM systems and sell to both new and existing customers
Attend meetings (the first meeting will be held together with Johan Hane, CCO at Trifilon)
Analyze the sustainability of products

Learning opportunities
You will have the opportunity to visit Trifilion’s factory, which will give you insight into sustainable production processes and their work to develop new sustainable production techniques. There is also a possibility of continued employment with Trifilon after completing your studies.
Requirements

Have an ongoing Master studies in Civil Engineering, with a focus on the environment or sustainability (should be a student for at least all of 2023)
Have an understanding of CO2 emissions
Have previous experience in sales
Have professional English skills in both speech and writing

Additional information
Workplace: Hybrid with startup on-site at Trifilon’s office in Viggbyholm. Then flexible with some opportunity for remote work.
Agreement: Hourly employment, approximately 16 hours or 2 days/week. Should be a student for at least all of 2023.
Compensation: Market-based hourly wage and employment as a student consultant with Sustainergies.
Time frame: you can start working as soon as possible
