During this assigment will you be hired by Wrknest and work as a consultant.

We are looking for flexible candidate that can support and jump in when team members are sick, out on mandatory longer meetings/training or vacation and hopefully you can jump in with short notice.

Office Services is right in the heart of internal service at Klarna and we help with various tasks, within different departments, globally. This role is an important pillar when it comes to building our brand and culture here. Success in this role means making the service work smoothly in the office and within the team's tasks. You are at your best when given responsibility and freedom. You like to take on the initiative and embrace change, as no day is the same, which makes the job so much more enjoyable!

Your administrative skills are tremendous, and you have experience in service or office management. You love to create order out of chaos, and it will be your solution-oriented mindset that sets you apart from other candidates.

Assignment description

- Day-to-day business in the office in the front office/reception and lobby
example; meet and great guest in the lobby and making sure it always
looks presentable.
- Administrative tasks and support
- Communicating with suppliers
example: order and coordinate courier services
- Stakeholder management
- Answer and manage the switchboard




Tasks and responsibilities

- Development of API and metrics platforms for APIs and endpoints for acquiring sources
- Development of CI / CD
- Performance test & automation
- Operations of platforms
- Development of services for metrics collection and aggregation


Required Skill-set

- Passion to drive employee experience to the next level
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish.
- Experience working in hotel reception or/and business reception or other service-focused business such as retail or similar
