Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Project Documentation department is responsible for whole documentation within construction. The aim of this function is to provide the agreed scope of project specific as-built documentation is to the customer of the project and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.
Responsibilities
As a Student Worker within Documentation you will be supporting the Documentation Controller in his/her role to monitor all projects, ensure a documentation package is delivered according to the contract and be involved in the handover of a project from Construction to Service Department.
Furthermore, your tasks will include:
Collect project technical documentation for customers
Collect factory documentation and check its compliance
Contact the suppliers regarding the certificates
The actualisation of project documentation based on manuals updates
Preparing statements of components used on site
Obtaining the project data from SAP
Qualifications
On the professional level, we would like you to be/have:
Studying within science, engineering or a commercial field at university level
Some related work experiences
Good written and verbal communication in English
German language skills are a benefit
Good Microsoft Office skills

Additional information
Primary work location: Malmö, Sweden
The position is a temporary role and the scope is 50% (approximately 20 hours/week) and the schedule will be set according to agreement.
