How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a motivated student worker to support our Operations Managers.
In this role you will gain more technical knowledge and get a great understanding of how our global business works from within, while acting according to the long- and short-term goals, strategies and directives received from the management. A part of your responsibilities will be collecting, documenting, and recording the knowledge that you gain, in order to improve our processes. You will drive internal technical projects and provide administrative support to our Service Operations Team.
A big part of your tasks will be to process our incoming requests regarding our products. You will support our customers and suppliers regarding agreements and contracts while maintaining good customer relations and a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be in close contact with a broad variety of our clients, suppliers, and internal managers, while working in accordance with established processes, routines, and tools.
You will support both internal and external inquiries and are responsible for sending them to the right channel, if a more technical answer is needed. You need to have strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders, as you might be assigned to give support to other parts of the organization.
Your tasks will be performed from home or our Malmö office.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. The ideal candidate is currently completing their 3-4 year of studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, with focus on renewable/sustainability. Other similar degrees are also considered.
As a person you should be motivated by opportunities to learn and have a strong desire to improve and further develop your skills. You speak and write both English and Swedish fluently, as you will be in contact with many stakeholders on a regular basis. You are great at establishing connections to other people and are able to work concentrated while ensuring the smooth delivery of your tasks and responsibilities.
