Student Worker - Stockholm
We are now searching for a student who wants to work full-time to join our Nasdaq compliance team in Stockholm.

With this position we offer:
As a Student Worker within Compliance, you will be part of the core compliance team focusing on compliance and audits for Nasdaq's Nordic regulated entities. You will have the chance to work in a small group of driven and dedicated compliance officers and lawyers.
We are looking for a full-time student who can work at least 20 hours per week this coming six months. Depending on you and your availability, we can be flexible during the exam period and offer flexible working hours.
Your role and responsibilities
Participate in compliance reviews/compliance controls
Prepare ongoing reports for the regulator/management
Prepare and collect ad hoc materials
Follow up internal reports / mitigating actions
Advising on regulatory matters
What We Expect
Study Law or Master of Law
At least 2 -3 years into your studies
Proficient in English and Swedish
Can work full-time or at least 50% - 100%
Ability to work independently, although close together with team members, and has strong interpersonal skills.
It will be excellent if you have:
Experience within the law is a merit
Experience within compliance controls and audits and working with regulatory entities
Experience with compliance
Proficient in Swedish and English
To suit this position, you are a teammate but enjoy working individually, and you continually grow by producing high-quality work within deadlines. In addition, you are used to assuming responsibility and are detailed oriented and dedicated. You enjoy a fast pace working environment. Furthermore, your English and Swedish language skills (both written and spoken) are proficient.
Note that we will not be conducting any interviews from the 20th of December until the 3rd of January.
