Job Description
As a Studio Art Buyer & Coordinator at ARKET you are responsible for sourcing and booking creative teams (such as photographers, stylists, and other external e-commerce team members) and for finalizing model casting.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
In collaboration with Studio Manager and Casting manager plan inhouse e-com production
Finalize casting
Handle art buying
Handle negotiations and administration including contracts, hotel bookings, travel bookings, call sheets etc.
Handle budget and keep track of costs
Do research on models, photographers, stylist, hair- and make up artist
Assist with additional studio and shoot related tasks
Qualifications
We are looking for
A collaborative, proactive and self-driven person who is eager to learn and develop both yourself and the people you work with, you can work both independent but also enjoy being part of a team and achieving things together. To thrive in this role you need to be communicative, structured and organized as well as being a problem solver that is self-motivated and sees possibilities.
To be considered for this role you have:
Preferably experience as an art buyer or in a similar role
Good knowledge and genuine interest of the fashion industry and models, photographers, stylists etc.
Strong negotiation skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
You bring a new/unique perspective to our team

About the recruitment process
This is a fulltime, temporary position (12 month), based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. Start date as soon as possible.
