Above is growing and is now looking for a Studio Coordinator to join us at our Malmö studio. If you become easily restless and enjoy doing a lot of different things during the day, we are a perfect match for you! In this position, you will have the general responsibility of the studio, support our People Operations Manager (POM), and work alongside an amazing team of creatives for both the Malmö and the Stockholm studio. As our new colleague, you will help make sure that things run smoothly, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty, you keep an extra eye on details, and are service-minded.
The ideal candidate is someone well organized and structured, who enjoys communicating with different people, both within and outside the organization. We believe that you are proactive to what needs to be done and not afraid to get started and contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere at the Malmö studio, both for guests and our creatives.
The day-to-day will involve doing everything from supporting our managers to being the point of contact for our community of designers & engineers. You will be organizing amazing team events, supporting our POM with basic administrative tasks, and being the go-to person for facilities, maintenance, and overall ad-hoc questions.
As this is a new position, you are key to helping shape it. But these are some of the responsibilities you can look forward to:
Overall studio appearance responsibility – keep the studio presentable and tidy, arrange any necessary repairs and keep the studio stocked with necessary office stationery
Coordinate with POM and IT department on all office equipment and other supplies
Support Managers in general administrative tasks
Support with travel planning and booking
Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Assist with the onboarding process and activities for new hires
Be the main point of contact for most of our vendors
Occasionally supporting our Stockholm studio
Greet our visitors and keep meeting rooms “guest ready”
In charge of event management/planning (everything from smaller after-works to company-wide Christmas parties)
Order food, and arrange, for breakfasts, lunches, and fika
Help facilitate client meetings and workshops
Just to mention a few ;)

What we are looking for:
As Studio Coordinator you will serve as the heart of the studio. We expect you to thrive in a constantly changing environment, where you easily adapt and have a flexible way of working, of course, with the support of our POM and ARC’s (our parent company) people and office management team. You get motivated by delivering an out-of-this-world level of service, where exceeding people's expectations is your aim. You are a responsive “people’s person” with a solution-oriented mindset and humble approach. We think that you have experience from a coordinating and/or administrative position. We would see it as a bonus if you have worked within service/hospitality, and if you get that extra little spark of joy when it comes to interior design/decorating!
Must-haves:
Driver’s license B
Swedish language (excellent command in written & verbal)
English language (excellent command in written & verbal)
