Interactive Institute Swedish ICT has a long track-record within the field of interaction design and user experience, from games and sound design to 3D-visualizations and open innovation, often with an artistic approach.

We work in local studios all across Sweden.

Your challenge:

We are looking for a Studio Director who wants to lead and be a part of our exciting, creative and challenging business.

You bring an inclusive, inspiring leadership and get the possibility to choose to work in areas that you and your team are interested in, of course with visualization as your main focus. This is a flexible role with many possibilities!

About you:

You have a solid experience from leading change – desirably within academia or the research world. Work experience from the area visualization is meriting.

If you have an expertise within the research area, experience from having worked actively with research funding, hands-on experience from sales- and marketing you could be the one we are looking for.

Prestigeless with the ability and drive to work both operatively and strategically is important. As well as being a person who realize the importance of networking and make new connections, in order to be successful in this role.
