We are looking for a highly experienced Studio Lead Level Designer for our Stockholm studio! You will join our team where you will lead and evolve the level design organization in the Stockholm studio across multiple game titles.
Your role within our Kingdom
As a Studio Lead Level Designer who coaches large teams towards excellence, you will have deep knowledge of what good level design looks like and can drive your vision forward in both a highly strategic and tactical way. You’ll mentor our managers of the level designers within the game teams, looking to promote personal growth as well as elevate the quality of level design and management across the studio. As the spokesperson for studio level design, you'll collaborate closely with producers, game designers, developers, business performance and player insights to collectively solve problems and delight our players.

In the role of Studio Lead Level Designer, you will be able to demonstrate the following set of skills;
Create, evolve and execute on a vision and have an excellent eye for detail and what world-leading games look like.
With creativity and a true passion for games, you bring many relevant experiences from the games industry.
You’re a highly experienced people manager who can lead large teams. You understand what a great team looks like and can lead them to excel.
"Player first" is your motto and you continuously help the games teams to grow in the craft of level design, best practices and innovative new approaches to the casual game genre!
Experienced working hands-on in projects and have no problem doing so if needed during certain periods.
Proven experience of high quality level design within the casual mobile space.
Strong communication and organisational skills - you feel at home with managing managers.
Able to evangelize level design on a studio level and proactively & continuously assess the studio's needs and drive initiatives.
Experience in helping to find and hire great talent within the design craft.
Bonus points
Experience working in an agile project environment.
Previous experience from creating casual and/or mobile games.
A broad knowledge of the casual mobile games market.
