H&M Studios is a department within H&M Brand Development. As the main content producer for H&M’s online store, hm.com, we develop product presentation images with focus on lookbook and still life. We also produce images for H&M’s social media channels and are involved in campaign productions. Our goal is to create inspirational, exciting, and inviting content for all our channels, making it possible for our customers around the world, in all their diversity, to express themselves through fashion and design.

As a Studio Operator, you are responsible for the studio area and environment both in external and internal studio productions. You will play an important part in creating the ambiance and flow during studio productions. Welcoming photo teams to the studio and making them feel comfortable and taken care of is a big and important part of this role. Your natural hospitality expertise and service-minded experience would be used daily to secure refreshments and lunch for the production teams. You would also be responsible for planning and preparing for the next day’s craft amenities for productions. You are a doer who will participate in weekly meetings with the team to secure coming weeks' orders and deliveries with our suppliers. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Meet up kid’s model and get them ready for shoot.
Plan and keep track of time schedule in our day-to-day production.
Be a part of helping the kids to dress and change cloths.
Serve models in all studios with snacks and drinks.
Maintain and serve stylist when it is needed, for examples; structure/clean up garment rack in each studio.
Laundry care (Robes, floor towels, underwear, socks and tights) get it back to the studios.
Book taxis.
Clean up studios.
Admin and Invoice.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, based in H&M Studios at Frihamnen, Stockholm. Starting date is as soon as possible.
