Study Tour Coordinator

We have an available position as a Study Tour Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the study tour experience with regards to facilities, lecturers, accommodation, transportation, students and academic staff:
- Communication
- Research
- Quotations and agreements
- Bookings and logistics
- Evaluations
- Social media updates
- Proactive networking


Skills and experience
The person we are looking for has in depth experience from a role in destination development and/or travel business. You are comfortable dealing with all aspects of a study tour from start to finish, as described. You are used to working with MS Office and preferably also Google Drive and naturally, the internet. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.

Personal traits
For this role you need excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with people of various nationalities, and on all levels. During the actual tours you will have assistance from other staff, but for the most part you work independently, and therefore need to be skilled in decision making and time management. You pay high attention to detail in both planning and executing the tours. It is an advantage with experience from academia and/or the healthcare sector.
