Job Description
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced fashion stylists to join our team. As a Stylist Lead at H&M Studios, your primary responsibility is to oversee the styling for the customer group you will be working with. This requires a deep understanding of the assortment, trends, and design within the Business Unit in question.
You will actively coach and lead your team of stylists, you provide guidance on contemporary and elevated styling and styling techniques and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall vision for the customer group in general as well as upcoming trends. Overall, the success of the styling for your customer group will depend on your ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders.
You will be an essential part of the studio customer group, working in close collaboration with the Studio Manager, Creative Responsible, Art Buyer and Production Manager, as well as the Head of Design and other key stakeholders from the Business Unit. You play an important part in the strategy as well as the outcome - steering the work towards a desired state. In addition, you will be working operationally as a stylist where you will be hands on and actively involved, styling on set for your customer group.


Qualifications
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced fashion stylists. We believe that you have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, styles, people, brands, media, art, and culture. You have vast experience, an eye for detail and a proven track record of success in the fashion industry, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to perform with consistency at speed and on an ongoing basis.
In addition, you have excellent leadership and coaching skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results. You are interested and able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way.
You will need to have:
Advanced understanding of the world of fashion.
Extensive experience working with styling for renowned fashion brands relevant for our customer.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in leading and coaching others.
In depth knowledge regarding the assortment, and the intended styling etc.
