Ericsson is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed-network operators globally.More than 1,000 networks in 140 countries use our network equipment, and 40 percent of all mobile calls are made through our systems.We are one of the few companies worldwide that can offer end-to-end solutions for all major mobile communication standards.Business area Education is responsible to provide world-leading comprehensive learning services for Ericsson customers.The learning services portfolio consists of Training Programs, Learning Solutions and Managed Learning Service.Traditional training, together with comprehensive learning solutions, including competence consulting, competence management and blended learning are offered to our customers.Job description We are looking for a person who can take on the responsibility of a Subject Matter Expert within the area of Managed Learning Service, which means that you can drive and develop business for the managed learning portfolio.Your goal will be to create, manage and secure business opportunities for the solution area of Managed Learning.You will be considered the expert in your respective field and have competence in both the technical and commercial aspects of the solution.You will have to collaborate closely with our Service Sales colleagues as well as with the Product Management and the Delivery organizations, thereby maximizing synergies between the respective organizations.You will give active support to Key Account Managers, during the early customer buy-in phase and during customer workshops.You will create and manage customer business cases, participate in offer preparations, define sales tactics and monitor competitive attacks. It will be your responsibility to prioritize opportunities and to win contracts.You will be the expert in Value Argumentation for Managed Learning offerings.You will spread best practice and experience from one deal to the next, and you will provide market feedback about the offering.You will be physically located in Stockholm and will be a member of the Managed Learning Service Team and report to the Head of Education Strategic Product Management.Competence Requirement Successful experience in Managed Learning Service deals is an absolute requirement for applying this position.Qualification (formal education needed): Masters level qualification Be able to communicate the Managed Learning Service offering to 'C' level executives Ability to develop Business Case for Managed Learning Service for certain operators and to provide value arguments for operator benefits Ability to track and guide Market Units through opportunity creation, customer buy-in, negotiation and contract signing.You will be responsible for complete commercial offers.Train and transfer Managed Learning competence to Business and Market organizations and build a network that will push Managed Learning solutions to Ericsson's customers.Some business trips might be necessary.Your application For this position, Ericsson is working with Adecco.Please send your application by using the link to the local site.The selection and interview process is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until just before the cut-off date.
