We are looking for a strong KYC Risk Specialist with data experience to work in the KYC Customer Risk Scoring (CRS) team in the Know Your Customer (KYC) organisation in Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP). Your future responsibilities
You will have a crucial role in ensuring the safety and soundness of our operations working with and developing our next KYC Customer Risk Scoring methodology. 
You will be defining the requirements towards the KYC tools in Nordea as well as ensuring that risk issues are addressed appropriately, as well as risk based. 
What you’ll be doing:
* Work in accordance to the strategic vision for KYC Customer Risk Scoring in alignment with Nordea’s overall risk management objectives 
* Conduct regular reviews of Nordea risk scoring methodology (GCRSM) to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements including the outcome from Financial Crime Enterprise Risk Assessments
* Work closely together with KYC Change Management in providing requirements and support implementation of updates and new versions of GCRSM in to KYC processes and tools
* Improve and develop the knowledge about the Correspondent Banking risk scoring methodology in GCRSM
* Leverage data analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of customer risk assessment
* Conduct impact assessments and simulate risk scoring scenarios in GCRSM (Global Customer Risk Scoring Methodology), and present the outcome
* Work closely together with other experts in Know Your Customer and Collaborating with various departments, including Compliance and Operations to integrate risk scoring systems seamlessly into our operations

Welcome to a very international team, with highly skilled specialists in Know Your Customer, the daily language will be English as we have staff in all Nordic capitals, Poland and Estonia. This position will be in Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Gdansk, Lodz or Warsaw.

Your background:
* Understand Customer Risk Scoring methodologies and the KYC process
* In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, CTF and relevant regulatory frameworks
* Proficiency in data analysis tools
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels
* Certifications in risk management will be a plus
* Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking or fintech
* Professional English skills
