RESPONSIBILITIES
? Secure those business requirements from Evolution Business Model are supported by the processes under his/her responsibility;
? Secure that strategic requirements from SD&O MS Delivery Management are supported by the processes under his/her responsibility;
? Secure overall compliance with process management definitions including, but not limited to: Business Process, OMM, Service Delivery Processes, ESDM.
? Secure that the definitions applicable to the respective processes are aligned with industry?s best practices and standards, such as eTOM, ITIL, TL 9000, ISO 27001, CMMi ? SVC and others.
? Ensure that the definitions applicable to the respective processes are fully aligned with blueprint and service functions definitions, securing that proper feedback is provided to support their evolution.
? Drive tools specification to support the process definitions under his/her responsibility
? Secure compliance with the overall MSTOP framework.
? Support process deployment with specific expertise.
? Conduct First Office Application for the processes under his/her responsibility.
? Secure wiki information accuracy on all pages related to the processes under his/her responsibility.
? Upload specific process documents as necessary
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
? University or Technical degree on Telecom Engineering or equivalent experience in Managed Services delivery or Telecom operations.
? Good understanding of business requirements.
? Large experience in the process focuses areas, as defined for the corresponding Business Function.
? Background from Infrastructure Operations and monitoring centers within telecom and/or IT industry.
? Familiarity with eTOM, ITIL, TL9000 and other quality standards.
? Training skills.
EXPERIENCE
Years worked in the role specified: 1-3 years
Length of professional carrier to date: 10+ years
At least 5 years of experience with managed services and operations preferably with external experience acquired working for operators ? desirable previous experience in performance improvement or process area.
