About the position
Our client is one of Europe's leading technology consulting companies with tens of thousands of projects around the world. With assignments in areas such as infrastructure, energy systems and project management, the company delivers solutions with the aim of designing sustainable societies.

As Application Support Specialist you'll work with second line support where your main task is to troubleshoot and solve problems in SuccessFactors and the company's local HR applications. For example deviations, incidents and requests. You'll also be responsible for documentation, internal manuals and system testing of new releases.

Qualifications

- Experience from working with Successfactors for example as a payroll administrator, superuser or support agent
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Great interest in working with IT systems and learning new area


Since you'll be communicating a lot internally with the organisation it's important that you're outgoing and communicative. You're a problem solver that enjoys handling komplex issues as well as giving top notch service.

Additional information
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
Scope: Full time, until further notice
Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stockholm, or your current location
