Each day over 2 million aviation enthusiasts turn to the Flightradar24 app and website to track flights and much more. Our Commercial services team has many of the biggest names in aviation on its customer list.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage our people operations as well as recruitment efforts. A true people person, you'll implement initiatives, guidelines and processes aimed at improving employee development, engagement, and retention. You’ll also partner with hiring managers to find the right people and give candidates a great experience.
As the People & Culture Manager at Flightradar24 you’ll be part of the Management team and report to the CEO. The position is open to applicants who are able to work from our Stockholm, Sweden office.
What you’ll do
Design and lead inspiring professional development and engagement initiatives
Manage the recruitment process from job description (collaborating with hiring manager) to contract signing. Including occasionally assisting with headhunting/active outreach activities
Manage the onboarding process ensuring that each new team member gets a great start in the company
Manage the exit process ensuring that staff leaving the company get a positive last impression of the company
Continuously support staff and management in HR-related enquiries, including Swedish employment law
Set up and execute employer branding strategy
Plan and coordinate company events
Act as Product Owner for our 3rd-party HR related software tools Teamtailor (recruitment) and Officevibe (employee engagement)
Who you are
Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in a mid to senior people & culture-related role across the entire employee life cycle
Experience working in a startup or growth stage tech or product company is a big plus
End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably including tech roles
Good understanding of Swedish labor law
Experience working in an organization with a distributed workforce is a big plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
Relevant academic degree
