Our Exciting Opportunity
You`ll be part of a mighty and purpose led team committed to "Better the people, to better the business": Group Function Talent Management within the Global People Function. You will work to ensure succession for critical positions is enabled by technology and an approach that creates visibility, global pipelines and more options for targeted people segments.
Because of your work Leaders at Ericsson will take accountability to secure business continuity and develop successors for themselves and their teams. They will identify and enable talents from across the company. Employees will know how the talent processes run in the company and how to get involved
We take pride on working with fact based decision making, and in this role, you will also lead the data ecosyste across the talent management function, to further enhance our employee experience.
You will
Design & facilitate Succession Management (framework, technology, forums, etc)
Co-create and support implementation of succession enablement of the organization
Expand succession technology adoption by people community and implement access for line managers and longer term roadmap of integration
Improve the mechanisms through which we evaluate the quality of the succession work with critical positions and executives
Organizational change / roadshow to shift mentalities on the succession approach and truly embed the ways of working
Closely collaborate with Performance, Career, Development & Total rewards colleagues to enhance integration of processes; connecting the dots and improving experience for the people
Represent TM in all People data cross-functional discussions and serve as a contact point to the people analytics team
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required. A Masters of Business degree is preferred.
Ability to set priorities, provide guidance and articulate success criteria for People Heads, Talent Management Community
Capability of establishing credibility and rapport with a broad range of senior partners
A systematic and structured way of working, with an enterprise-wide perspective
Proficiencies in: Master Strategy, Business Acumen, Courageous Leadership, Competence Drive
