Summer / extra job: German speaking Event Assistant

About the role

How do you feel about joining a true adventure this summer? Are you a german speaking boat lover who would like to be part of our sales & event team? Look no further!

This role entails being an overall support for our Customer Care Manager, assisting him on all different kind of tasks during our 2022 X Shore Promotion Tour in Germany.

You will support our Customer Care Manager on all different kind of issues

- Assist on boat operation like preparing the boat for test drives, transporting the boat on trailer, launching the boat, maintaining the boat, etc.
- Do some tour planning like accommodation booking, contacting harbour masters, checking launching opportunities at the marinas, etc.)
- Introduce our X Shore boats to our German speaking customers and support on all other different kind of translation that might be need


You should be prepared that your summer might look different this year, with a lot of quality time on the water, introducing the first 100% electric performance boat to the German market at the most beautiful destinations, BUT you will also have a lot of time on the road, being on tour for several weeks in a row, boat show weekends, etc.

We're thinking you will be on the team from May 1st to sometime mid-September.

Your profile

We are on the lookout for a team player with a passion for maritime life and experience in handling boats. You always try to keep a positive attitude, never give up mindset and you love to help, support and being part of a small energetic team. And of course you can communicate in German and preferably also English and be able to be on the road for most of the summer.
