Summer extra, KÖKET restaurant IKEA Museum, Älmhult

IKEA Museum is the story of IKEA. In the past, present and future. We are about 70 employees who meet our museum visitors every day of the week to share these stories with us - and we have about 200,000 visitors a year! IKEA Museum is a creative and forward-looking museum. We are constantly working to find new ways to reach the many people and new ways to work with the world around us. Together with you, we want to make the IKEA Museum an inspiring place where the many people can meet, share knowledge and interact with each other! 

Our values, employees and culture have made IKEA one of Sweden's most interesting and popular workplaces. Now we are looking for you who want to be part of our journey during the summer in our restaurant KÖKET.

Our team in the restaurant consists of 20 employees with different experiences and backgrounds who together meet our visitors with great commitment and competence. In our restaurant KÖKET, our visitors enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner in connection with the visit. In addition to our hot dishes, we develop and produce a wide range of pastries, raw food , salads, juices, smoothies and more. 

As part of the team in the restaurant, you help visitors with orders, serve hot and cold food and ensure that the restaurant is in top condition.

The employment is for summer job between w.26-33. Some of our positions will start during the spring on weekends. Permanent employment could be possible after the summer. The positions are part time with various employment rates. Evening and weekend shift is included.

The services are parttime between 70-92% and extend over the summer period (w.24-34). IKEA Museum is open weekends and evenings, so your schedule will vary to cover the museum's opening hours.
