Summer intern – Customer Service

We are now seeking summer inters to our Customer Service department at Nouryon, with placement at our office in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg. This is a temporary position that extends from June - August 2022.


Main responsibilities
In this role you are a spider in the web with many contact areas both internally and externally. As a Customer Service Representative, you will fulfill the “Order to Invoice” cycle for assigned customers and business in SAP. You represent the customer in order process and secure the voice of the customer by delivering service they deserve. Contribute in the order handling for all other customers served by the Customer Service Team, whenever needed in a backup roll.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position we believe that you possess the ability to work efficiently, and you know how to prioritize in your daily work. You also know how to express yourself in customer relations, as well as:
• A high social competence
• High customer focus and the ability to build good relationships
• You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work.
• Sustainability, safety and environment are three areas that we would like to be as important to you as they are to us
• You must have graduated high school, preferably with focus in nature/technique, ideally you are also a university student.
• Fluent in written and spoken English

This is a temporary position that continues throughout June – august with placement in Gothenburg.
