Who are we
Within Marketing & Brand, The Experiential & Event Team is responsible for the Factory Delivery Experience. 
Within the Factory Delivery Experience in Gothenburg, we receive more than 1 600 customers yearly, mainly from the USA. As part of our team, you will play an important role in strengthening the Volvo Cars brand by providing a first-class Factory Delivery Experience for all our customers. 
What you will do
To be successful in this role, you should have a natural way of seeing things from the customers point of view and the ability to see the bigger picture, always wanting to develop and improve with the customer in mind with a structured approach and good networking skills. Being flexible and able to multi-task whilst focused on solutions and good at on-the-spot prioritization helps to deliver in this role and you should have a good attention to detail.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for a passionate and curious brand ambassador with high enthusiasm for giving customers to Volvo Cars the best possible vehicle handover experience. In this role you will be the face and voice of our brand, as you will be part of the Factory Delivery Experience to our international customers at our Factory Delivery Centre. We believe that you are university student looking for an exciting and fun summer internship. 
For this position you will need to have a Swedish driver’s license B, proven skills in all MS Office package and excellent English communications skills as well as being proficient in English written skills.

It’s meritorious for this role to have previously worked in the customer service field. Additional language skills are advantageous. 
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden 
Duration: The period for the summer internship is between 1 June – 31 August 2022, max 10 weeks. Start and end time to be discussed with the recruiting manager.
