Who are we
Volvo Car Sweden is the national sales company in Sweden. We are a dedicated team with the mission to develop Volvo’s strong position among Swedish car buyers. As a national sales company, we are responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of Volvo cars, accessories, spare parts and services on the Swedish market including nearly 200 Volvo dealers and workshops. You will have the opportunity to get experience from a sales company with strong focus on customers and sales.
Scope & What you will do
In order to continue our good support to the Volvo Dealers during summer we are now searching for a person who will act as business support aftersales. You will handle two areas; discrepancy & claim adjuster related to parts and parts support to the Volvo Dealer.
You will administrate and help the Volvo Dealers to ensure a smooth process regarding claims and support. You will get cases in our parts system and resolve them. You will get 2 weeks of training. During summer period there will be two persons working together with different tasks.
Who you are
We believe that you are currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field, preferably economics or administration. In this role, you will need to be fluent in English and Swedish both written and orally. Besides this you’ll need to be proficient in the Office 360 package.
We see that you are open minded and are used to take initiative. Furthermore, we believe that you are an honest and reliable person as well as action-oriented in your approach. You have a talent for numbers.
Location: Gothenburg
Duration: The period for summer internship is between 1 June – 31 August 2023, max 10 weeks. Start and end time to be discussed with recruiting manager
