Summer Internship - Customer Engagement Platform
We are currently looking or a summer intern to work in the Business Technology team at Lynk & Co. The position will be available from mid June to August. Specific dates will be discussed during the recruitment process. Please indicate in your application if there are specific time periods that you are interested in, or if there are specific periods you would not be able to work.
What you'll do (included, but not limited to)
- Help defining and prioritizing requirements for the Customer Engagement platform: - Social media management
- Marketing campaigns
- CRM journeys
- Engagement center
- Help training and evolving the dialogues and customer journeys for the Digital assistant
- Create training material for the end users
- Develop content for the editor user manual which details how to add/edit for mails and content in Dynamics
- Support for end-to-end testing for the system launch
- Editor User Manual for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

What you should have
- Masters student in Computer Science, Business Information Management or Business
- Business Analyst and/or Software Development experience and Product Management interests are a bonus
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written), but other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed
- Organized and good at structuring your work... even in an ever-evolving environment
- Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Sensitive to cultural differences and enjoy working in an international atmosphere
- Dying to do things differently and ready to change mobility forever
