About us:
H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning - our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

Summer Intern H2GS Boden AB

H2GS Boden AB is looking for 2 Summer Interns for the summer of 2023!
As a Summer Intern you will get unique insight in our ongoing project and our future operations.

H2GS is building a modern, highly automated, and digital steel and hydrogen factory in Boden. With a planned yearly production of 5 million tonnes of steel, we will more than double the yearly production of steel in Sweden. H2GS Boden will be responsible for our future operations. Part of this team is now working on ensuring the project is delivered in the best possible way in relation to local stakeholders and closest local residents as well as the municipality and the region.

You will take an active role in the team and be responsible for manning our Meeting Point in the city Center of Boden, as well as supporting the team in day-to-day activities during the summer. You will also be responsible for smaller side projects with focus on our establishment in Boden. You will work side by side with experienced colleagues, interact with our local stakeholders and gain a lot of experience.

The positions are paid full-time positions for 8-10 weeks during the summer at our Boden office.



Requirements:

- Great communication and social skills
- Self-motivating with a can-do attitude
- Curious with a willingness to learn new stuff
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Advantage with experience from work in a service field
- Your personality is an important requirement for this job
