In Safe Vehicle Automation we are creating tomorrow’s platform solutions for our active safety and self-driving vehicles. Within SVA, we at Autonomous Drive & Advanced Driver Assistance System Platform develop the complete sensor and software platform comprising state-of-the-art lidars, ultrasonic sensors, cameras and radars.
What you´ll do?
We are now looking for university students to join our Interior Vision and Lidar product teams as interns in the summer of 2023. As a summer intern you will join and be part of our development teams over a few months. All our teams work by following agile principles and as a summer intern you will contribute with suitable tasks directly in the development team’s backlog.
Intern positions are available within for instance the field of programming, verification, data analysis, data annotation and system design. In your application you should emphasize which of those areas you are interested in.
Do you fit the profile?
We are seeking students that are pursuing a M.Sc. degree in Systems, control and mechatronics, Data Science, Computer engineering, Engineering Physics, Mathematics or equivalent. You are a self-driven and proactive team player with high ambitions. You are good in communication, curious, innovative and always eager to learn and understand your surroundings. You care about people and like to interact with others. You take initiatives and feel the responsibility for getting things done. You are enthusiastic and proud to share and support others with your knowledge. As a person you are passionate to be part of the shift into autonomous driving and new mobility solutions.
You are fluent in spoken and written English. Examples of previous work life experiences, internships connected to your studies and/or extracurricular activities is meritorious. Having a valid driving licence B, valid in EU, is also meritorious.
Location: Gothenburg
Duration: The period for summer internship is between 1 June – 31 August 2023, max 10 weeks. Start and end time to be discussed with hiring manager.
