Who are we
We are now looking for summer interns to join or team within the Packaging operations team. Our purpose is to assure and support in the communication with suppliers, terminals, plants, aftermarket mainly via the “service now” system. We identify the root cause for repacking and order scheduling.

What you’ll do
You will be ensuring the optimization of and performing changes in the Packaging network by assuring communication with the supplier via the “service now” system. You will be scheduling the packing transport orders and communicating with the aftermarket and the plants via a generic mailbox. Identifying the root cause if re-packing occurs in the plants. Coordinating return transport from suppliers and performing invoicing control. To secure the working procedures at suppliers, plants, and terminals goes according to their responsibilities. 

Who are you
We believe that you are currently pursuing a university degree within Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Furthermore, we see that you possess good knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics. You need to have strong English skills both written and verbally. 

Furthermore, we see that you are a good team player, with good social abilities and have a service minded approach. 

Duration: Period for summer internship is between June 6 – August 26 , 2022, max 10 weeks. Start and end time can be discussed with recruiting manager at a later stage.
Location: Torslanda, Gothenburg.
