Stena Line’s People & Communications department has an important part in this journey. The Scandinavian HR team handles all HR matters regarding our Swedish employees, serving 8 of our vessels as well as our shore organization. We are a team who work closely together and sharing the responsibility to give our business the best support.

What will you do?
Well, most of our staff works at sea. So we need someone who can safeguard a great candidate experience and make sure we recruit the right talents for the Scandinavian on-board organization summer 2021. It will be your main responsibility to ensure the inflow of new sea recruits, by independently plan and conduct seasonal recruitment processes.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Independently conduct requested seasonal recruitment processes, mainly within deck and engine
- Perform recruitment tasks such as writing job posts, screen applications, interviews, references, feedback to candidates etc.
- Administer uniforms, staff cards, trainings, medical examinations and so forth included in the recruitment process
- Ensure and perform qualitative company introduction for seasonal recruitments
- Actively work to safeguard Stena Line’s Employer Brand in all recruitment processes
- Participate in Employer Branding activities
- Support and when needed participate in other recruitment processes within Stena Line Scandinavia

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with a can-do mind-set with your own drive to create results and who are open to new challenges. You have a great ability to work independently with parallel processes at the same time. Being flexible and able to prioritise is key, always staying on top of things! You are a social chameleon that can communicate with different people throughout the organisation and a proud company ambassador. In this role your ability to handle administrative tasks in a structured, detail-oriented way with the bigger picture in mind will come in handy.

The must-haves:
- Bachelor degree within Human Resources or equivalent
- 2 year experience from working with recruitment, preferably volume recruitment processes
- Experience in driving recruitment processes independently from start to finish
- Experience holding presentations for larger groups
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Experience in Employer Branding activities
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
